Viewing Usage Statistics

1. Click the Link to My Account in the top right of the blue menu on the top of every page on our site.

2. Log into the customer information center by entering your login name and password for you account. Your login name is the first part of your e-mail address that comes before the "@" sign. Click the Login button.

3. Click the Usage tab at the top. You total number of hours spent online during a given month at the bottom of the table. A link will appear for each day you have at least one online session. If you want to view specific statistics for an individual connection, click the link of the day in question.

4. Each online session for that day will be displayed, along with what time you logged on and off, how long each session was in minutes and the total time spent online that day.

5. If you want to view your usage statistics for you account in the past, click the Previous Months link on the left. You can also specify a range of dates by clicking the Specify Date Range link on the left. Usage statistics are kept for the previous 6 months.
